What is included in BabyCalm Premium?
Premium adds Auntie Calm (your warm AI companion), sharing with your partner, grandparents or helper, a gentle Daily check and Weekly insights. Everything in the free tier stays included.
How much does Premium cost?
S$5.98 per month, or S$39.98 per year. Every new subscription starts with a 17-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime — you keep using the free tracker either way.
Is my data private?
Your baby data belongs to you. It is stored securely, backed up to your private account and never sold. You can export or permanently delete all of your data at any time from within the app. For the full details, please read our Privacy policy.
Does BabyCalm work offline?
Yes. BabyCalm is offline-first — you can log anywhere, even with no signal, and everything syncs automatically once you are back online.
Can I share with my partner, parents or helper?
Yes, with Premium. Invite the people who care for your baby so everyone sees the latest and can hand off without a beat missed. You control who has access and what they can do.
Can I track more than one baby?
Yes, and it is free. Each child gets their own calm space, and you can switch between them in a tap.
Which devices does BabyCalm support?
BabyCalm is available for iPhone (iOS) and Android phones.
Is Auntie Calm medical advice?
No. Auntie Calm offers warm, general information and support to help you feel more confident — she is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancelling, you keep full access to the free tracker.
How do I delete my data or account?
In the app, go to Settings to delete all of your data, or to delete your account entirely. You can also email us at [email protected] and we will help.
